With 20 years behind the chair, Will built his reputation as one of Montenegro's top barbers, with a clientele that included notable European athletes. He spent a decade competing in barbering competitions, earning first-place finishes multiple years in a row, and over 10 years teaching the next generation of barbers at barber school. Today, he brings that same precision, experience, and passion to every cut at Off The Top.
Born and raised in Astoria, Mike is a proud Greek American who has been cutting hair since he was 18. A neighborhood favorite, he brings a welcoming personality and a deep connection to the community to every appointment. Outside the shop, he volunteers at Greek churches throughout Astoria, giving back to the neighborhood he calls home.
Anthony is a master barber with 15 years of experience cutting hair across New York. Specializing in fades, shape-ups, and tapers, he brings precision and a personal touch to every cut. A DJ in his spare time, Anthony has no shortage of stories and experiences to share, making every visit as enjoyable as the fresh cut you leave with.
Juan brings nearly 20 years of barbering experience, with a career spanning Colombia, Florida, and New York City. Known for his sharp fades, clean tapers, and attention to detail, he brings precision and care to every cut. Juan prides himself on having some of the best fades and tapers in all of Queens. His passion goes beyond styling—he's dedicated to healthy hair and helping clients find the right products and routines to look and feel their best.
